Privacy Policy
At Ecadria S.A.S. (hereinafter "Ecadria", "we" or "the Company") we respect your privacy and protect the personal data you entrust to us when you visit ecadria.com or subscribe to our communications. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you are entitled to under the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador (LOPDP), published in Official Register 459 on May 26, 2021.
1. Data controller
Ecadria S.A.S., with Single Taxpayer Registry RUC 1793220456001, domiciled at Av. República de El Salvador N36-140, Edificio Mansión Blanca, floor 8, Quito 170135, Ecuador, is the controller of your personal data. For any inquiry you can write to privacy@ecadria.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data that you voluntarily provide when filling in the subscription form on the website: full name and email address. Additionally, through cookies and similar technologies we may collect device technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, language and pages visited) when you grant consent.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to send you the educational guide on real estate crowdlending, communicate news about projects under study in Ecuador, respond to your inquiries, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Ecadria does not perform automated decisions with legal effects based solely on profiling.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (article 7 LOPDP), granted when you tick the form checkbox, and on Ecadria's legitimate interest in managing the informational relationship with you.
5. Retention period
We keep your personal data while your subscription remains active and for an additional period of up to five (5) years after you opt out, with the sole purpose of complying with accounting, tax and legal defense obligations.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may only share it with technology providers acting as data processors under contract (email delivery, web hosting and analytics services), always with security guarantees equivalent to ours.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers have servers outside Ecuador. In those cases we ensure that transfers are made to countries with an adequate level of protection or under approved contractual clauses, in accordance with article 56 of the LOPDP.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, delete, oppose, suppress and port your personal data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights you can write to privacy@ecadria.com attaching a copy of your ID or passport. You may also file a claim with the Superintendence of Personal Data Protection of Ecuador.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access control, encrypted backups and periodic audits, to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction.
10. Changes to the policy
Ecadria may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published at ecadria.com with the last update date shown at the top of the document.
