These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ecadria.com website, owned by Ecadria S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Ecadria"). By accessing or browsing the site you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site.
1. Company identity
Ecadria S.A.S., RUC 1793220456001, incorporated in Quito on March 14, 2024, registered with the Mercantile Registry of the Quito canton under number 2024-Q-08912, domiciled at Av. República de El Salvador N36-140, Edificio Mansión Blanca, floor 8, Quito 170135, Republic of Ecuador.
2. Purpose of the site
The ecadria.com site has an informational and educational purpose regarding the real estate crowdlending model. It does not constitute a public offering of securities, personalized financial advice, or an invitation to invest. Any future project will be subject to specific contractual documentation and applicable regulations.
3. Permitted use
You may consult, download and print the contents of the site for personal and non-commercial use. Total or partial reproduction for commercial purposes is forbidden without prior written authorization from Ecadria.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, logos, graphics, trademarks, photographs and other contents of the site are the property of Ecadria or its licensors and are protected by the Organic Law for the Regulation and Control of Market Power, the Organic Code of the Social Economy of Knowledge (Ingenios Code) and the international treaties signed by Ecuador.
5. Liability
Ecadria makes its best effort to keep the information accurate and updated to the year 2026, but does not guarantee the absence of typographical errors or technical interruptions. In no case will Ecadria be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or investment decisions made based on the content of the site.

The site may include links to third-party sites for informational purposes. Ecadria does not control nor is responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such external sites.
7. Consumer protection

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. The parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent judges and courts of the city of Quito, Metropolitan District, waiving any other jurisdiction that could correspond to them.
